She founded Team Young Hollywood in 2020 to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, raising over $50,000 for children fighting cancer and other life-threatening diseases. She also serves as an ambassador for Teen Cancer America and the Endometriosis Foundation of America, working tirelessly to raise awareness and advocate for those in need.

Lily Brooks O’Briant currently stars as 'Lucy Romalotti' on CBS’s beloved daytime drama, The Young and the Restless, where her performances showcase her depth and authenticity as an actress. She also starred alongside Melissa Joan Hart in Lifetime movie ‘Killing the Competition’ that premiered March 1st 2025.
Previous highlights include her title role in Apple TV+’s Life by Ella, and her role as Mandy Wight, the daughter of WWE Superstar The Big Show, in Netflix’s family sitcom The Big Show Show.
